Colors & Typography

10% Accent

We selected a bright orange as our accent color to stand out against our bolder blue color, adding a vibrant, cheerful, and friendly touch to our palette.

Primary Font

For font colors, we prioritize simplicity with high contrast values. We use dark blue on light backgrounds and plain white on dark backgrounds to ensure readability.

60% Primary

To maintain a neutral and easily viewable palette, we chose a light grey as our primary color. This ensures the tones remain cool while keeping our content accessible to everyone.

30% Secondary

Unlike many real estate companies that opt for bright red, we chose a deep blue. This color exudes professionalism, reliability, and sophistication. Additionally, deep blue is known for its cool and calming qualities, perfectly aligning with the serene and composed tone that Divine represents.

Originally designed in photoshop, recreated in InDesign

The logo was designed to resemble a traditional key. "D" is the bow, the underline is the stem, and the house is the bit. A serif font was used for "IVINE" to keep the logo sharp while the "D" is curvy, giving it an elegant look.

Another effective way to advertise to potential clients is to show up at their door without intruding on their personal time. Local newsletters and targeted mailing can help with this. These methods allow you to introduce yourself to a neighborhood and show them what makes your business unique. It’s also a great way to share information about local programs that could benefit residents.
